AccountingPro provides professional accounting services including but not limited to:

• Bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
• Tax preparation and filing services
• Financial consulting and advisory services
• Payroll processing and management
• Audit preparation and support

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payments and Billing

• All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment is due at the time of service booking
• We accept payments via UPI and Razorpay
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by AccountingPro. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of your financial data and documents. By using our services, you grant us a license to process and store your data for service delivery purposes.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious software or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AccountingPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
